1.    Known Issues

The below bugs have currently already been identified in the MRS and are scheduled to be corrected after more functional or critical bugs have been fix. Generally, bugs in this category are errors but are not preventing any core functionality.

1.1    Redmine 15189 – Association Contact View – Fixed

Provide the Association contact a view that allows them to search for members that fall under their Association.

1.2    Redmine 15176 – Orders date format – Fixed

Reports / Orders page Search Criteria the from: and to: need to be YYYY/MM/DD – Curranty showing MM/DD/YYYY. In addition, Reports / Order – Results are showing DD/MM/YYY – Should be YYYY/MM/DD. We need to be consistent across the entire MRS for dates

1.3    Redmine 15177 – Displayed membership Number – Fixed

The Membership number shown on the user profile page (whether viewed by end user or admin) shows the Membership number without the two-digit YOB at the front. If you edit the profile, at the bottom of the page, the membership number shows up correctly

1.4    Redmine 15181 – User Profile data missing – Fixed

View Profile (end user and Admin view) doesn’t show Gender, Division, NCCP, etc…

Same for Edit page

1.5    Redmine 15188 Association Address – Fixed

The Association Address is not being displayed on the Association Search results page.

1.6    Redmine 15195- Association Document Upload – Fixed

When on the Association create/edit screen after uploading a document, that document is no longer available on that page to be viewed.

1.7    Redmine 15196 – Team Roles – Fixed

The Team contact roles on the view page has a down arrow that allows the user to change the Manager, Coach, and assistant coaches. (This page should be read only for those contacts and they should only be editable when you click on the edit team button.)

2.    Items Still in Development (Work in Progress)

2.1    Redmine 15109 – Teams – Developed

The ability for an Association Contact or Registrar to create teams of Association members.

2.2    Events

Create and post events to the Event calendar and have teams register for events.
