1.1    Purpose of this document

This document will track each release of the MRS in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and track all known and newly identified bugs along with items that are still in development.   All Bugs are tracked in our trouble ticket system (Redmine)

2.    Updated Issues

The below issues have currently already been identified in the MRS and are scheduled to be corrected after more functional or critical bugs have been fix. Generally, bugs in this category are errors but are not preventing any core functionality.

2.1    Redmine 15195 – Association Document Upload – Fixed

The Association Upload feature was uploading the document but wasn’t adding the link to be able to view the document again after being uploaded. Link now available.

2.2    Redmine 15196 – Team Roles – Fixed

The Team contact roles on the view page has a down arrow that allows the user to change the Manager, Coach and assistant coaches. (this page should be read only for those contacts and they should only be editable when you click on the edit team button.)  

2.3    Redmine 15197 – Teams Admin view – Fixed

For the Admin view for teams, we need to open up the search criteria to be able to have them see all teams regardless of Association. Admins should be able to see all Teams.

2.4    Redmine 15213 – Add Additional Roles – Fixed

Users will need the ability to add additional roles after they have purchased their first role and completed the initial registration. Under “My account” add a new menu item called Add Roles.

Once clicked the user will be brought back to the role selection page where they can now select additional Role(s), accept the waivers associated with those roles and then continue on to pay the fees. After the purchase process, those roles will now show up under the user dashboard.

2.5    Redmine 15215 Updated labels and Mandatory requirements on User Profile- Fixed

• For proof of age label it says (like drivers license, passport photos) please add “and Birth Certificates” and make the field Mandatory for all uses.
•  Add the Word “Coach” in front of NCCP Number
• Please make the Respect in Sport Field Mandatory add “Please type n/a if not yet complete. Note: this is mandatory to be a member” 
• Change the Membership number label to “PWSA Player Number” everywhere Membership number is displayed.

2.6    Redmine 15217- Phone number displayed on user profile – Fixed

The phone number being displayed on the user profile is incorrect. The Phone number format should be ###-###-####. Also please change the labels for the phone numbers:

• The First number should be “Mobile” and this one should be a mandatory field.
• The Second number should be “Home” and this field is not mandatory.
• You can remove /hide the 3rd option for phone, they only want 2 options.

3.    Items Still in Development (Work in Progress)

3.1    Redmine 15218 – Delete Profile Not working

When logged in as the Administrator and viewing a user’s profile the option at the bottom of the page for “Deletion” is not working. Clicking that button should change the status of the user profile to “deleted” (Soft delete)

The MRS should also not allow end users with a deleted profile to be able to log in.

3.2    Redmine 15219 Making Coach NCCP # Mandatory

PWSA would like to make the NCCP # Mandatory for anyone with a Coach or Assistant Coach role.

3.3    Events

Create and post events to the Event calendar and have teams register for events.
